Secure SD-WAN

SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide-Area Networks) is a modern, integrated network solution in which the WAN is managed by software using intelligent traffic routing.
Its main distinguishing features are an advanced security system embedded in the entire solution and extensive big data analytics. It allows for the analysis of network quality parameters and the possibility of full integration with the existing MPLS network.

Using an SD-WAN solution, we can control all network locations and cloud applications from a single location. SD-WAN offers a centralised management system called a dashboard, which provides full visibility of network status information and application-level visibility.

• SD-WAN deployment is carried out using Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP). SD-WAN devices are automatically configured using predefined templates and, when connected to the Internet, connect to the controller and, after verifying the serial number, automatically download their configuration.
• SD-WAN technology is ideal for extensive networks and organisation structures. It makes it possible to separate traffic that differs, for example, in security rules.
• One of the advantages of using SD-WAN is intelligent routing. SD-WAN devices are excellent at recognising applications and their performance requirements.
• SD-WAN products provide monitoring, analysis, and prioritisation of network traffic up to layer 7 of the OSI model. Many solutions with SD-WAN integrate additional security features such as NGFW, IPS, encryption, and anti-virus protection, for example, which enhance network security at various levels.
